1. Job Description

• Analyze and plan SEO.
• Make sure to achieve Kpis (Keyword Rank, Google Traffic, Google Revenue/Lead,…)
• Analyze keywords and markets.
• Prepare reports to customers.
• Develop content plans for channels: websites, fanpages, social ads, etc.
• Training to improve the capacity of the team in charge.
• Manage Collaborators/Freelancers.
• Measure, evaluate, and report on your team’s performance.

2. Requirements

* Basic requirements:

• Passionate about SEO, technicality, logic.
• Have skills in planning, self-research, and writing.
• Hard work and responsibility.
• Have a personal laptop.

* Advanced requirements:

– Have 3 years of experience in a similar position.

– Experience working with systems with traffic of 100,000/month or more is an advantage.

– SEO Skills:

+ Create SEO guidelines, evaluate keyword optimization, analyze data, plan content development.

+ Research and propose SEO solutions.

– Strategizing and project management skills:

+ Ensure the overall progress of the project, communicate with customers, report.

+ Risk management skills.

– Human resource management skills: Evaluate effectiveness, train employees.

– Tool skills:

+ Yoast SEO, SEO Quake, Google Office, Keyword Planner.

+ Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

+ SEMrush.

+ Google Data Studio.
