1. Job Description

  • Search, reach, and exploit leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Grasp customer needs, proactively propose the most suitable solutions and services.
  • Negotiate, negotiate and manage the performance of contracts with clients.
  • Synthesize, analyze and periodically evaluate the market situation and competitors.
  • Building, managing and training the account team.
  • Report the work to the Sales Manager.

2. Requirements

  • Have 3 years or more of experience in a similar position.
  • Ability to build and develop customers and customer relationships.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Have good logical thinking.
  • Negotiation, negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to analyze risks and solve problems quickly.
  • Good strategy and plan control skills.
  • Human resource management skills: Evaluate effectiveness, train employees.
  • Withstand high pressure at work.
  • There is a personal laptop.
