1. Job Description
- Issuing VAT invoices.
- Check, review and account for accounting operations on fast software.
- Prepare quarterly VAT reports.
- Prepare quarterly PIT reports.
- Prepare monthly CIT reports (internally).
- Calculate and make FCT declarations.
- Optimize the cost included in reasonable costs.
- CIT and PIT settlement at the end of the year.
- Manage all types of contracts of the sales department.
- Track revenue, cost of each project, check acceptance compared to contracts.
- Debt management and recovery.
- Track revenue, profit and loss costs for each project.
- Estimate and spend each month and every year.
- Monitor and revoke advances of the Company’s employees in accordance with regulations.
- Keep a detailed book of expense accounts as assigned.
- Organize the preservation and archiving of accounting documents of the company in accordance with the provisions of law.
- Other tasks at the request of superiors.
2. Requirements
- Graduated from university majoring in accounting.
- Have 03 years or more of experience in a similar position.
- Know how to use fast software.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets.
- Proficient in accounting operations.
- Be careful, serious, honest, and highly responsible for work.
- There is a personal laptop.
