1. Job Description
- Search, plan, and develop leads.
- Planning and customer care policies.
- Participate in BOD meetings/meetings with customers.
- Together with BOD, plan on a quarterly basis, continuously improve and achieve business goals. Analyze the potential/trend of the market.
- Building, managing and training the Business Development team.
- Report the work to the Sales Manager.
2. Requirements
- Have 3 years or more of experience in a position similar to Corporate Relationship and Manager or Account Manager.
- Have good experience and achievements in developing or opening new customer clusters and industry groups.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Ability to analyze risks and solve problems quickly.
- Have good logical thinking.
- Negotiation, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Good strategy and plan control skills.
- Human resource management skills: Evaluate effectiveness, train employees.
- Withstand high pressure at work.
- There is a personal laptop.
